Where to Eat Delicious Thai Food in Bangkok Cabbages & Condoms Sukhumvit...

http://www.PhilinVancouver.com http://www.PhilinBangkok.comWhere to Eat Delicious Thai Food in Bangkok I go to Cabbages & Condoms down Sukhumvit Soi 12 by Asoke BTS Station to meet my friend Sarah from back home who is visiting. As one of the most unique restaurants in Metropolitan Bangkok, the Cabbages & Condoms (C&C) Restaurant has attracted international attention. Conveniently located near one of Bangkok's main business districts, C&C is very popular among local and foreign clients. The restaurant was conceptualized in part to promote better understanding and acceptance of family planning and to generate income to support various development activities of the Population and Community Development Association (PDA) They also provide catering services to meet all requirements. And remember, their food is guaranteed not to cause pregnancy.http://www.pda.or.th/restaurant/

Only 150 km. away from Bangkok- Also Checkout the C&C Resort offers you a unique atmosphere with a magic touch of nature.http://www.cabbagesandcondoms.com - PhilinBangkok.com

Where to Eat Great Sushi Tororo Restaurant Saba Sanma Tuna Salmon Ekkama...

http://www.PhilinVancouver.com http://www.PhilinBangkok.com Where to Eat Great Sushi in Bangkok go toTororo Restaurant for Saba Sanma Tuna Salmon by Ekkamai BTS Nice fresh cuts of Seafood and great selection of Lunch Specials

- Tororo Sushi @ Horizon Building, began its operation in March 2012, is a small Japanese restaurant that is specializes in sushi in Ekkamai-Thonglor area. The decoration is kept simple in modern Japanese with sushi counter that can probably accommodate around 10 people max in the middle of restaurant. Futhermore, notwithstanding friendly service and experienced chef who is ex-Miyatake,

Menu does come in wide variety ranging from typical sushi nigiri and sashimi, various set, chirashi, to those fusion rolls.

On the travel side, it is pretty easy to come by with BTS Ekkamai just 200 m away and car park is also available. Just a suggestion that avoid car traffic of this area around 5pm to 7pm will be quite stress free.

http://www.PhilinVancouver.com http://www.PhilinBangkok.com Where to Eat a Great Burger in Bangkok I go to Firehouse Pub & Restaurant Sukhumvit Soi 11 I order a Black Angus Premium Burger with Cheese and Bacon, This was the Best traditional Burger I have had yet the burger patty was awesome so moist and tasty and who ever baked that bun must be a master baker, the bacon was crisp and the New Zealand cheddar cheese delicious. Highly Recommend a try - Phil in Bangkok
http://www.firehousethailand.com/en/home/
About
FIREHOUSE was the idea of an expat long based in Asia who was looking for a hamburger and comfort foods that reminded him of the good quality food that he grew up eating back home in his native Hawaii. He decided to team up with a talented classically trained Thai chef, Maew, who was aided by the expat's older brother, Jamie, a restaurateur in San Diego (known for his tasty burgers and great tasting home-cooked style comfort foods) to create the FIREHOUSE menu, Noon, our personable bartender and manager, and our talented young and energetic team.
Our culinary goal is simple: to serve you the best tasting dishes made from only the finest ingredients prepared and perfectly cooked by order especially for you, at the most reasonable prices possible. We offer a full bar of expertly poured cocktails and a wide selection of cold beers and wines, the perfect accompaniments to the tastiest burgers, fish and chips, and home-cooked style comfort foods in Bangkok.
We chose the name FIREHOUSE in honor of firefighters, whom we think are the bravest, hardest-working women and men in the world. We celebrate these heroes with the largest collection of antique and vintage firemen helmets, firefighter memorabilia and photos in the Kingdom, displayed in our red brick and wrought iron restaurant, a design influenced by the traditional red brick firehouses of Europe, America (and even Japan).

We are open seven days a week, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. and Sunday and Monday from 11:30 a.m. - 12-midnight.

Where to Take a River Boat in Bangkok Walk You Through Saphan Taksin BTS...

http://www.PhilinVancouver.com http://www.PhilinBangkok.com Where to Take a River Boat in Bangkok Walk You Through Saphan Taksin BTS to Central Pier at Saphan Taksin station (Thai: สถานีสะพานตากสิน) is a BTS skytrain station, on the Silom Line in Bang Rak and Sathon District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is located at the entry ramp of Taksin Bridge, below Sathon Road, to the east of the Chao Phraya River. It is the only rapid transit station in Bangkok which can transfer to a river pier for the crossing-river ferry to Thonburi and the Chao Phraya Express Boat service. That makes the station popular for both daily passengers and tourists sightseeing by river boats to historical area such as Wat Arun, Wat Pho and Sanam Luang.
The station is set to be closed and removed to facilitate the construction of a second track, which will "ease the bottleneck over its stretch across the Chao Phraya River".

Where to Go in Bangkok Walk You from Phra Atit Pier to Khao San Road Bar...

Where to Go in Bangkok Walk You from Phratit Pier N13 Chao Phraya River to Khao San Road Backpackers Area Lots of Cheap Bars Shops Hawker Street Food Fake ID's Music
Phra Athit Pier, on Chao Phraya River by Express Boat, is the closest pier to the Khaosan Road, Catch a river taxi from here to many of Bangkok's tourist attractions and the sky train connection at Saphan Taksin.
Also, Phra Athit pier is only 50 meters from Phra Sumen fort.
Khaosan Road or Khao Sarn Road (Thai: ถนนข้าวสาร) is a short street in central Bangkok, Thailand. It is located in the Banglamphu area of (Phra Nakhon district) about 1 km north of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew.
"Khaosan" translates as "milled rice", a reminder that in former times the street was a major Bangkok rice market. In the last 20 years, however, Khaosan Road has developed into a world famous "backpacker ghetto". It offers cheap accommodation, ranging from 'mattress in a box' style hotels to reasonably priced 3-star hotels. In an essay on the backpacker culture of Khaosan Road, Susan Orlean called it "The Place to Disappear." It is also a base of travel: coaches leave daily for all major tourist destinations in Thailand, from Chiang Mai in the North to Ko Pha Ngan in the South, and there are many relatively inexpensive travel agents who can arrange visas and transportion to the neighboring countries of Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia, as well as Vietnam.
Khaosan shops sell handcrafts, paintings, clothes, pirated CDs, DVDs, and second-hand books, plus many useful backpacker items.
There are several pubs and bars, where backpackers meet to discuss their travels. The area is internationally known as a center of dancing, partying, and just prior to the traditional Thai New Year (Songkran festival) of April 13 to April 15, water splashing that usually turns into a huge water fight. One Thai writer has described Khaosan as "a short road that has the longest dream in the world."
A Buddhist temple under royal patronage, the centuries old Wat Chana Songkram, is directly opposite Khaosarn Road to the west, while the area to the northwest contains an Islamic community and several small mosques.

Where to Eat in Bangkok The Coffee Club Ekkamai BTS Delicious Smoke Salm...

http://www.PhilinVancouver.com http://www.PhilinBangkok.com Where to Eat in Bangkok I go to The Coffee Club beside the Ekkamai BTS Skytrain for a Delicious Smoke Salmon Wrap with Fries 260bht $8.66 very tasty and smoke salmon was awesome. The staff are very well trained and who ever did the music playlist must be a DJ great tunes not too loud while you enjoy your food and read a book on a lazy Sunday

When The Coffee Club opened the doors to its first store on Brisbane's Eagle Street Pier on Monday November 2 1989, Directors Emmanuel Drivas, Emmanuel Kokoris and John Lazarou unknowingly began one of Australia's most successful franchises.

Their idea was to create more than just a place where people could meet for coffee; it was to provide a relaxed meeting place that is casual yet sophisticated, stylish yet affordable. In short, their plan was to meet an untapped need in the Australian hospitality market. Last year, The Coffee Club celebrated 21 years in operation, employing more than 6,000 employees and serving more than 40 million coffees annually in its 280 cafés across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, New Caledonia and China. These statistics make The Coffee Club Australia's largest home-grown café group, famous for its Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee.

The Coffee Club offers three types of dining experiences; a fully-licensed, extended-hour Café Bar Restaurant with full table service and an extended menu with Chef's Choice options; a Club store, which is typically located in high pedestrian areas and focuses on light meals and snacks with counter service; and the Kiosk, a counter service shopping centre option.
