My brother and I go to James Bay Neighborhood Cafe for some Chinese Food its located at 211 Menzies St and Simcoe in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I bump into my friend Gerry there and film his food as well LOL Great food and Ben our server is entertaining, nice small cozy family run restaurant, seating limited so get here early or get take out, will be back to try the Curry Cod Gerry ate.
